Why
PABRIKA?
PABRIKA is Filipino
for factory, a facility to manufacture something useful
(sometimes not). In very real terms, we can manufacture your personal
calling cards, your company’s annual report, your family reunion’s
surprise audio-visual presentation, or your very own newsletter. We can
make huge tarpaulin sheets out of your mugshots, or out of your
favorite lolcat pic.
PABRIKA
IMAGERY is, basically, a design and
copy studio. What does that mean? That means we can do
graphic design, like company logo schemes, national conference posters,
book and magazine covers, and we can do press releases, feature
articles, annual reports, et
cetera.
What, then, makes PABRIKA IMAGERY
different from the others?
We believe that aside from the obvious definition
of creation, graphic design is a social responsibility
- something we had realized after reading graphic design books and
history books, although not all at the same time.
We also believe that although language is a
constantly changing landscape, grammar utopia
exists, where subjects
and verbs always agree, where modifiers know their places,
where correct spellings
are the norm.
With these advocacies, the company will strive to
wield both graphic and writing pens.
