What are your weaknesses?

Saturday, February 5th, 2011

I heard two theories on the creation of a business. The first is that we must build on our strengths and the other is that we should follow up learning how to face our weaknesses. If you know your strength, you can focus on the type of work you are best able to work and then if you stuff, so that sufficient income, you can rent or to delegate what you are doing so well other people. Others may find the balance that you and the company needs to grow, to be.
For example, you may feel that the figures are not your strength, and hence engage auditors and accountants to take care of all financial aspects of the business. It is good that you are trained and experienced people who can enter, analyze and ensure that all accounts receivable and accounts payable are completed in a timely manner. At the same time, however, you should remember that “The buck stops with you.” This means that if a contractor, you are responsible for decisions taken and the results derived. You must therefore ensure that you regularly make statements that will give you an image of financial well-being of the company and be able to understand how you received.
Many entrepreneurs neglect things they do not understand, and therefore, knowledge is hidden and the company suffers. Spend all your time and energy in one region will eventually create a situation where you and the strength of the balance.
